  • The customer has approved or accepted the work

However, we remain committed to customer satisfaction and will review any concerns if reported promptly.

3. Before Service Start (Cancellation Refunds)

If a customer cancels a booking before the service has started:

  • A full refund may be issued if no technician has been dispatched
  • If a technician is already on the way or has arrived, a partial charge may apply
  • Emergency or urgent booking fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable

4. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of service completion.

We may:

  • Revisit the site to inspect the issue
  • Provide corrective service at no additional cost (if applicable)
  • Offer partial refund in special cases after evaluation

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only after proper inspection and approval.

5. Service Warranty Cases

If a service includes a warranty, issues covered under warranty will be repaired free of cost within the warranty period instead of issuing a refund.

Warranty does not apply in cases of:
